I didn't think I had much of a chance for a decent audio capture. However, directly in front of me there was a small monitor on the edge of the stage facing the audience, so my recording is mostly from that audio source. It sounds suprisingly good. No video of course. EC wouldn't like that sort of thing right in front of him. Regarding the performance - NO STEVE NIEVE! Elvis said he was "indisposed", but the reality is that his Covid test on the day of the show was positive. Fortunately, his repeat test was negative and he was back on the stage the next night. Elvis called the band The Layabouts, which dates back to 2 shows he did over the summer when Steve Nieve was unable to travel from France. Charlie sat in with the band at that time and it turned into a full time gig. Our gain, Bob's loss.
