I have a basic list covering 1977-1997 on the Elvis Costello on Rhino page here. (Scroll down to the second question.) Feel free to lift from it, if you wish. --Nunki 23:30, 7 December 2006 (CST)

Thanks Nunki. I hadn't realised you'd done that. I will include some stuff from your page here when I get some time. Dave Pannell 20 December 2006

The original discography has a page called Extracurricular Work, which includes a section called
Other Appearances which lists several more backing vocal credits. -- JohnH 00:32, 2 February 2007 (CST)

Thanks JohnH. I'll add them in. -- dpannell 20:40, 10 February 2007 (WDST Australia)

The Other Appearances section includes: "Ads" (EC on backing vocals & Steve Nieve on keys) [79; 7"; Polydor POST 84] Also on the LP "This Is Your Life" [79; LP; Polydor 2383 552]. Anybody know who is the artist for this release? 14:32, 11 February 2007 (WDST Australia)

Should "Adrian" be moved down to an 'extracurricular'? I thought EC just did backing vox on that. -- Wardo68

Yeah, I think it belongs in "extracurricular." (I never saw it listed as an EC song until it appeared on Plugging The Gaps, Vol 2!) --Nunki 11:07, 10 February 2007 (CST)
Well, it's a marginal one, I agree. My reason for including it in the list of proper gaps is that it includes a fair bit of EC on lead vocal. I prefer it there for that reason, but I wouldn't insist if others preferred to move it. "You Want Her Too" also includes some bits of EC on lead vocals, but they're pretty short, so I put it in the extracurricular section. Just demonstrates that it's a grey area. -- dpannell 14:12, 11 February 2007 (WDST Australia)

Is the new "My Flame Burns Blue (Blood Count)" on the Billy Strayhorn album a different recording to the version on My Flame Burns Blue? The fact that they album lists it as "Blood Count (My Flame Burns Blue)" suggests that it probably is. -- dpannell 14:17, 11 February 2007 (WDST Australia)
