Elvis Costello is to release a new album of covers, ''The Kojak Variety'', on May 22, including songs by Bob Dylann, Willy Dixon, Ray Davies and Little Richard. The 15 tracks were originally recorded five years ago in Barbados, produced by Kevin Killen.
