This extracts all the required information for each Bootleg Artwork.
* Read "dateCity" parameter from the PAGENAME (for standard pages).
* Read "front" parameter from the PAGENAME.

It also adds the correct Categories and including those for the Creator and the media type.

This requires that the artwork is named in the standard format:
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London front.jpg
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London back.jpg
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London disc.jpg    << Note "disc" not "disc1" if only one disc.
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London booklet.jpg

For multiple discs they are named:
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London disc1.jpg   << Note no space in "disc1"
Bootleg 1984-12-23 London disc2.jpg
