Hey Davey, are there any plans to bring the Spinning Songbook over to England?

Davey Faragher they are talking about next year in England, not sure of the time frame.

It better not be just England! I"ll never forget a Spinning Songbook show at the Playhouse in Edinburgh many years ago and can't wait to do it again. Would love to throw a few shapes in the go-go cage this time too.

Great news. And it gives me more time to save up because I want to go to as many of these as I can.

I think we'll get a solo tour in late October in the UK or early November as part of the European jaunt.

There won't be many UK shows that VG and I won't be attending between us and I promise to use my lapels to good effect !! I could even forgo a solo tour this autumn if there's a guaranteed Imposters tour next year. BA come and stay with us and see a few shows !!

who needs to fly when you can get all the EC you want in New York - sort of puts Birmingham, Midlands UK into perspective . Believe me, I'm going to see as many UK shows as the budget and Mrs Sulky will entertain !! I just hope this isn't a bit of a wind up

This makes sense. Why else would the European tour this autumn include Ireland and most of Europe but not the UK? Still interesting which countries the other 2011 European tour does not include - definitely focused on Northern Europe. Spain and Portugal may have had their fill last year with the Sugarcanes dates.

Presumably dates in France are harder to come by since Elvis' appearance in WTTV.
