I haven't.

Ralph Steadman is a brilliant artist....and I have a signed copy of his illustrated Animal Farm

I believe he illustrated a number of the Hunter Thomson books, didn't he?

Yeah I believe so Pov, most famously Fear and Lothing in Las Vegas...

check out the art on his site...the portraits of TS Elliot and Shakespeare are amazing....bit costly though!

He also did The Great Shark Hunt.

I have a few Steadman books including I Leonardo, Tales of the Weird, Still Life With a Bottle, Gonzo the Art, and Scar Strangled Banger. He is by far and away my favourite illustrator/charicaturist after whom I would probably rate Robert Crumb, Ian Pollock (check out a book called Brothers of the Head), and Bill Griffith.

also have been enamoured by the works of Eric Carle since I read his children's books The Very Hungry Caterpillar and The Bad-Tempered Ladybird in infant school...
