Elvis Costello seems now to have performed this 'for the 1st time publicly' at least 4 times since February 2005 - Bristol, Manchester, Tampa and Denver. Has anyone e.g. any version please?

I'd be glad to make available an mp3 of the Bristol performance, if someone can steer me in the right direction.

Some people use http://s51.yousendit.com/ and post a file there.

I tend to use P2P WinMx & Soulseek for a few hours each day, and will share it there with others if I get e.g. an .mp3.
