A ballet based on The Juliet Letters and choreographed by Ralf Dörnen will be presented as part of a double bill with a ballet based on Brahms' Regenlied.

This "double bill" is playing in three theatres in Northern Germany from 17 May until 18 July.

Details and tickets are here:
https://www.theater-vorpommern.de/de/programm/regenlied

The programme is presented in Kaisersaal, Stadthalle, Greifswald; The Theater, Putbus and in Theater, Stralsund.

The website says:

"THE JULIET LETTERS

or in "English" via Google Translate:

"Shakespeare's Juliet Capulet is the ideal advisor on love for countless people from all over the world. “Juliet, Verona, Italy” is the address to which many people seeking consolation write letters and even receive answers. In his piece, Ralf Dörnen works with the assumption that complete strangers get to read their most personal feelings in the letters and uses the music of Elvis Costello and the Brodsky Quartet, which contains an entire album with fictitious letters to Julia written by themselves have recorded."

Reviews or reports would be welcome!
