DM because there is not a weak song in the bunch. I love the country influences and a wide variety of EC's vocal styles. I saw him during this tour and hearing him sing The Scarlet Tide away from the mike is one many great memories about that night.
WIWC is my wife's favorite and we have often sung along to Episode of Blonde, she corrects me when I sing "Soft Cell bubble" when it should be "soft soap bubble". WIWC has some excellent songs- Alibi, Tart and Episode of Blonde but Radio Silence and Dust 2... Dust?
My Flame Burns Blue is a favorite as well, mainly for that great version of Favorite Hour.
I like RIR and North but I can't really see them as classic EC. I think TDM is the closest he's gotten to that.
Best EC album since 2000?
