I'm uploading the video onto my Vimeo channel right now (NBC Universal took it down from YouTube...bastards!). One of my favorite EC TV appearances of all time. Really.

There are some melodic similarities in their opening lines, but then they go their separate ways. My Dark Life is a fine piece, but I think Stations of the Cross is the best song he's done this decade. A worthy nephew of MDL, not a poor relation. It's already a mighty fine song, but then on 1.38 the high-voiced, two vocal lines element comes in and it then shifts up several gears into the sublime. One of very few recent EC songs that's really got under my skin and into my head the way you really want a song to.
Funny, that's one of the songs I skip. Go figure.

Two performances of one amazing song. So different musically, but both fantastic and terrific, their excellence is almost scientific:

With The Roots featuring John McLaughlin:

With The Sugarcanes & Pete Thomas:

I have to concede Stations is a great listen, it's such a cool sounding song and lyrics are great.

I don't like the very beginning of Stations, but after that, it becomes one of my favorite songs of his from ANY album

Never seen the Jimmy Fallon version before. McLaughlin doesn't really add much to it. Not the best performance of the song.

However, I LOVE the intro to the song in the Sugarcanes version. That is how the studio version should have been. Far superior.

The entire show is amazing. If you like NR (which I do), it's probably the best live show of the "tour". Here's the HD version:

I can't put any Live From The Artists Den shows on YouTube - I got a very nasty warning from them when I did.

Dime has a membership cap, around 120,000 I think.

But there's a bot that sweeps the database every 10 minutes deleting older, inactive accounts. So if you try to register and don't get in, try again in 9 minutes, then again 9 minutes later, and again 9 minutes after that, etc., and you will probably get in.

Current membership stats according to the front page:

You're referring to Demonoid, which requires a invitation code. I'll PM you.

Oops, forgot about that one. Jeez, I'm getting old (or uploading too much!).

Two differences: The Demonoid version is complete; contains Cain. Also it's in true HD, while the Dime version is a very high resolution standard def.
