I checked on amazon and the official page, but theres only a few cds available, and the information is pretty sparse... has anyone heard of this guy, and what do you think/reccomend?

The mountain goats?
Whilst driving round Phoenix on my hollibobs last month I heard a feature on the radio about this one-man band called The Mountain Goats. It was a really original sound, like a guy singing in a conversational style with some really weird and vicious lyrics.... apparently he writes about a couple who hate each other and want each other to suffer painfully
