Another year older

Well the celebrated day has come around once again and im another year older today. Birthdays should be banned after you reach 21!

I did intend to have the day off but we are very busy here so might have to put off celebrating til the weekend, although we will probably go out for an evening meal which will be nice. So far I have had a new nighdress a dozen roses a box of chocolates and a much needed new hair dryer!. My partner is taking me out today to buy me a piece of jewellery of my choice - wicked!!

My daughter and son are coming round later with goodies, and my youngest has given me his card but says I can have my pressie when he gets in from school. My partners parents put a couple of scratchcards in with my card - both of which were winners even though the total was only £3 it gave me a thrill!

Im a very lucky lady.

Have the happiest of birthdays Gilli. In my experience the older you get the more special birthdays become (after the age of 12 that is).
