Well whatever they call them, are they going on sale on Friday or is "stalls g-m" the best I'm going to get?

Bit the bullet and went for Stalls L. I'll watch what's available on Friday morning with interest. Thanks for the advice everyone!

Pro-tip: it's saying there are no stalls available but hit 'Choose for me' and they're still coming up.

Anybody know the Cambridge Corn Exchange? There seem to be standing tickets on sale which I assume are the best option?

So addictive that even an American from the west coast is thinking about the possibilities of traveling to the UK... With places to crash in Glasgow, Manchester, Cambridge, and Paris, I could potentially go to a few of these shows, all the while taking in a bit of culture/sights and hanging with friends. Could be fun, but I doubt I'll commit to it... So, you better buy tickets to that other show. You'll want to have that ticket after your first SSS show. Trust me!

Mojo - you have no idea how grateful I am to Mrs VG in all if this. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and I'm going to these 4 shows, with no objections if I want to go to any of the others. Naturally I'll take time off around these dates to spend time with the mini VGs but even so, thanks are due.

And she's letting me go to Amsterdam...

All I need to do is win the lottery to pay for all this unless there is a benefactor reading this right now...

Thought not

I'm still toying with the idea of Bournemouth and/or Cambridge (the latter if only to see Otis for the first time in 7 years).

Likewise grateful to Mrs Sulky (who has told me she doesn't like being Mrs. Sulky - but there you go) for tolerating my passion ( in more ways than one !! ). Unlike VG, I have grown up children who frankly don't give a damn but I'm lucky to have such an understanding spouse. Also I'd like everyone on the forum to realise what an amazing chap VG is who, knowing my lack of access to the internet during the day, presented me with tickets for RAH, Basingstoke and Birmingham completely unsolicited at the end of the day. Of course, sitting next to him means my chances of spinning the wheel are zilch, since Katerina will obviously swoon at his good looks but his thoughtfulness is unsurpassed and I'm really grateful, thanks mate !

I've got a ticket for Liverpool via the ticketline presale :

http://www.ticketline.co.uk/elvis-coste ... rd#presale

The Empire is a fantastic venue, and anyone still with money to burn in their wallets / purses should seriously think about adding this to their itinerary.

This invitation is particularly valid for anyone who has a set of microphones cunningly disguised as lapels

The Ticketline presale links are coming up with some rather poor seats (e.g. Centre balcony in Brighton). Can anyone share the link for the Royal Albert Hall presale?

I have in mind, London, Brighton and Basingstoke. I will be avoiding Bournemouth, as it was the scene of possibly the worst EC show I ever saw, in a great barn of a place that was half full and joyless.

Once again, whoever booked this tour seems to have been really up for it around B in the alphabet on the venues list, then gradually lost interest through L, M and gave up after N. Bad news for Oxford, Plymouth and Sheffield.

I know quite a few people in Zeal Monachorum who were hoping he'd play the village hall.

And Worcester...

I need to get another ticket for London but will wait until general sale tomorrow.

I've just added Cambridge! I love the idea of a show where there is standing. I expect Elvis to come into the crowd and greet me personally

Great news BWAP!

I cannot guarantee that Elvis will walk amongst us though....

Amsterdam, London, Cambridge for us then! Basingstoke? It'd be a shame to miss the last night of the tour in your adopted English home town.

VG -

I've sent you an e-mail. I took another look at the dates and I'm unsure on London. I'll hold out for the second RAH date and jump on that when/if it's announced. I've sent a note to SoLack regarding Amazingstoke.

Got front row at Brighton.

Will go for standing at Cambridge (if that's what it is). Had a great evening there last year with Ray Davies - just like the old Kinks days!

RAH first thing tomorrow is also on my agenda.
