Really, you can't even call BGABNH(d) filler- because it isn't even on an album. This fact doesn't hurt it either- look at Tiny Steps, New Rythm Method, Almost Ideal Eyes, Big Tears, and (<3) From Head To Toe. These are wonderful tracks that also got cut.

Despite popular belief, I do not see Moods For Moderns as a filler track. For one, it is the first song he wrote for Armed Forces (one of the first two anyway- according to that Complicated Shadows novel), and it simply rocks.

The UK version is Region 0 anyway- so anybody can buy and enjoy it.
