Is anyone on here staying at a hotel on the quayside? Wondered if we could “she said she can’t go home without a chaperone” together so no accidents will happen! Not fond of the idea of walking through the streets on my own at 11pm.

No complaints about the set list from me. It was a wonderful show! Not wildly keen on the 9pm start/11pm curfew end though. Seems like an odd decision.

Just a warning to all those taking the trains: there’s a National train strike on 21, 23 and 25th June and a tube strike on 21st. I might not be able to go. £180 or so on ticket and hotel down the drain.

Unfortunately I’m not sure I can attend. It’s on the jubilee bank holiday weekend and I can’t find anywhere to stay overnight before my travels to the Brighton gig.

Re: The Complete Armed Forces (Super Deluxe Edition)
Everything seems to be back up to normal on Spotify and iTunes now. Temporary glitch? Yes, finally everything is back in full! Including the missing Busy Bodies song which I've only heard for the first time today because of the problem. Sounds great! Thank you whoever at Spotify got it fixed! They ...

Re: The Complete Armed Forces (Super Deluxe Edition)
I went to listen today on Spotify and half the songs are now unavailable! Not to mention before this it was still screwed up with the Big Boys demo and the Busy Bodies alternate tracks being the same. I hope they actually sort it out! It’s a mess. Re: New album Hey Clockface released October 30, 2020
I still feel like I haven’t formed an overall opinion of the album yet. I don’t think I can until I’ve heard it at least 50 times. For now, I’d say it’s a wonderfully varied album and it’s strange to think it was meant to be something slightly different (with the Abbey Road/Imposters sessions cancel...

Has anyone received any Hey Clockface merch they have bought from the official shop yet? I know the vinyls are delayed but I’m interested to see how decent the clothing is etc. Bit of a gamble when it has to ship so far with extra costs.

Re: Spanish This Year’s Model - New release based on one of Elvis Costello and the Attractions most celebrated albums!!
Just listened to a snippet and it’s a NOPE from me. The edge has been taken away entirely. Pointless idea. It’s not going to beat the original. Won’t be bothering with it when it comes out. While we’re at it, shall we ask Paul McCartney to release a cover of Sgt Peppers in Dutch?

I’ve not received my tickets. Anyone who booked through the presale on axs got theirs? Contact AXS. They’ve been a nightmare. Not sure it’s the same for Birmingham, but I got a ticket for Southampton in the AXS presale and they decided a few weeks ago suddenly that the tickets will be left at box o...

Delivery: I can hand it over in person half hour before the show. Mine is on Twickets as well. Not sure I'm allowed to post it on here, but should be e...

Re: Elvis in Suomenlinnan Studio, Finland, February 2020
A week isn’t long, but I suppose it depends how each artist works. Beatles recorded an album in a day! I’d say as another possible option, it could be no actual recording at all. Maybe mixing and working on something to do with that much-loved record (Get Happy!!) for the anniversary? Wasn’t somethi...

Songs I’d love to hear on the UK tour: Worthless Thing, Only Flame, This Town, Daddy Can I Turn This?, He’s Given Me Things, American Gangster Time, Lovers That Never Were, King of Confidence. Hint hint.

It’s for Southampton: 1st March. Front stalls, row BB (second row), end of row. I think there is no one directly in front of this seat. Face value. Can hand it over half hour before the show. Re: "Plotting our return, early in the Leap Year" (2020 UK tour)
Does anyone know how I can reliably sell a spare ticket? I’ve just been told by AXS they won’t be posting it to my address and I have to pick it up right before the show.
