Re: SP&S Vs. NR: Which Do You Prefer ?
I mean NR is just so distant. It like Elvis went a made lots of different songs with absolutely no connection or genre and expected the gimmick he used of "this is how rock sounded in the 20s." Then expected it to sell. Where as SP&S is like very heartfelt with a better recording. And ...

SP&S Vs. NR: Which Do You Prefer ?
I am curious how other Elvis super fans feel about these two new era Elvis albums based on emotional feeling or really just which tracks you lean more towards. Personally I prefer SP&S as it's way more of a grounded album with a flow of sweet songs that have a distinct sound that defines the alb...

Wishful Thinking: Songs You'd Love To See Elvis Cover
I personally would love for Tea For The Tillerman to be covered by him and just a countless list of songs by Fiona Apple and such.

If it's sound quality... All This Useless Beauty is his best for me, not just like quality but the sound itself is amazing. Best EC album for me ever made

Yeah I agree with soul, pretty much every song on there is amazing for me. I do wish that a little bit more vocal skill was in Episode however. But why the hate for WIWC ? Lol

Re: Request: WSFBPLAU Live Video
Sorry lol guitar lingo, it's when you hit a guitar note but dampen the sound by using your palm to make sure not all of the sound gets out. E does it on the Inch By Inch/ Fever the entire way through. Anyway here is the video that I found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idnKd5iRT48

Request: WSFBPLAU Live Video
A long time ago I stumbled upon a video of Peace, Love and Understanding that featured Elvis solo but he slows down the tempo of the song and palm mutes most of it. I believe it was a T.V recorded appearance. It may have been a benefit, either way he looked a lot like he did dress wise as on the Lat...

Yes I love that song, it is certainly in my library, have you heard EC's cover of 'Love That Burns' it is probably one of the best songs I have from him, not only in sound quality but so many other factors.

Re: Impatience
Fair, I mean it's not so much that I was brought up listening to rock all the time but until a few years ago I wasn't big into jazz. I mean I love Ray and Stevie and such, obviously not as much as yourself might because I have not been around as long as you which my 16 years on earth could prove. Bu...
